The challenge
Founded by two female tech founders, Alexandra and Kerri Sheeran, Taly gives consumers control over their subscriptions. The service allows customers to play, pause or stop their subscriptions from one place.As this is a start up, Taly has multiple audiences. They are speaking directly to their consumers, helping brands understand the benefits of a subscription model and also educating potential investors on the growing trend for subscriptions.
The resolution
Through a series of workshops we listened to how Taly operates now and the goals for the brand in the future. We defined the brands purpose, values and key messages which will act as a compass for Taly as they grow. We created a personality filled brand that helps customers understand the benefits of subscriptions and the sense of calm that results from being proactive.
